During Mental Health Awareness Week, we will be looking with our children, as a school, on things we can do to maintain our happiness and ultimately ways to live that can and do make people happier.
To do this we will be following Action for Happiness’ 10 Keys to Happier Living. Most importantly we will focus on Mental Wellness and look at 2 principles each day.
Monday: Giving and Direction
Tuesday: Relating and Resilience
Wednesday: Awareness and Acceptance
Thursday: Exercise and Emotions
Friday: Trying out and Meaning.
