Friends of St Bart's
The Friends of St Bartholomews is our PTFA (Parent, Teacher and Friends Association).
The PTFA are a registered charity and work tirelessly throughout the year, to help benefit and enrich the students of our school.
During the year the members organise a number of functions ranging from children’s discos to sales and fairs - volunteers to assist with these are always welcome, even if you can't commit to every event.
We hope that all parents and guardians, as automatic members of the association, will try to support our PTFA as much as possible.
We have helped with the cost of school trips, including the residential trip to Llanrug; purchase of ICT equipment; reading resources and outdoor equipment for gardening across the whole school. And currently we are raising funds for the last stage of the new playground equipment.

Our Events
We organise fundraising events throughout the year to help purchase extra resources and subsidise activities that enable children to experience things they they would not normally have.
Our Team
Our team is made up of parents who work hard to think of new and fun events for the children.

Key Dates to Remember
During the school year, we normally organise at least 3 school disco’s.
For Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day we organise a ‘Secret Room’ within school so that the children can choose and wrap their own surprise presents for their special person at home.
Our successful summer term and winter term School Fayre’s are now an annual event, and enjoyed by everyone who takes part. Equally as popular are our Easter Egg Hunts and Quiz Nights.
