We aim to stretch and challenge all our children and strive to ensure all pupils ‘do their best to be the best they can be’.
Our talented staff ensure all pupils aspire to fulfil their potential and their hopes and dreams. Those with exceptional gifts and talents are identified and nurtured to excel, ensuring work is set at a suitable level to extend and enrich their learning. Within mixed ability classes children who are more able are provided for within a differentiated curriculum. They are set investigational projects and assigned tasks requiring higher order questioning and knowledge. They are also guided to attended lunchtime clubs to provide greater depth learning such as ‘Global Learning Stars’ and Newsletter journalists.
