STOURPORT Town Council is getting ready to welcome Christmas back with the return of the Three Kings Parade and Christmas Light Switch-on.

This will be taking place on Friday, November 26, with the Parade leaving the Civic Centre at 6.00pm followed by a short service at 7.00pm on the mayor’s balcony at the Civic Centre.

This will culminate with a fireworks display at approximately 7.20pm.

Some of the Town’s shops will be opening later on that evening and taking part in a shop window dressing competition so that we can make this a real event for the Town.

The theme for the competition is “Christmas of Our Childhood” and will be judged on the day by the Town’s Mayor.
